Margie successfully negotiated a $5000 less than asking offer, a fully paid for termite treatment, a fully paid septic repair, a $1000 credit, and kept up with paperwork during a 9-month delay after the seller died under contract and the property had to be purchased from the estate. She was able to keep in close touch, and always replied within 12 hours no matter what day of the week it was.
