As a first time Mom, I can't thank Ann enough for her services. We first had a 1 h virtual meeting where she listened to my BF problems and provided solutions. She was very patient, kind and supportive. She also visited us the next day because she felt we need more help. We are so thankful to her for all the care she provided. Highly recommend her
Ann was so helpful in identifying my daughters tongue tie and making a quick referral to a dentist so that we could get it further assessed. She made sure to follow up and offer any other assistance we needed. She was also great about listening to my concerns and coming up with a plan that worked for my family.
Meet with Ann via 1 hour virtual meeting, Ann check my breastfeeding problem and answer my questions. She is very responsible and patient. Her recommendations and take-care-tips are very helpful and I did not have any brestfeeding problem till now. Thanks her!
If you want to interact with someone who loves what she does and will go above and beyond customer service then this is your person. I had a difficult experience with shipping for a certain item and reached out to Ann who was very quick to respond. Without asking, she even sent a replacement of the same item in the mail on her own in order for it to get here quicker. Would highly recommend.
As a first time mom who had never breastfed before, I was nervous to have a virtual consultation at first but Ann was wonderful! Meeting virtually allowed for me to be in the same environment I would be in when feeding baby on my own (rather than in an office) and forced me to learn, rather than meeting with a lactation consultant who did it fore me, like our experience in the hospital.
