I met with Ann a couple weeks postpartum, desperate for relief from excruciating pain with nursing. She was a Godsend. I cannot recommend her enough. She was incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and kind. Before meeting with Ann, i didn’t think there was any way I could breastfeed for another week, I was in so much pain. Now after seeing her, we are 11 months in and still going strong! Thank you again, Ann! You are truly a lifesaver!
As a first time Mom, I can't thank Ann enough for her services. We first had a 1 h virtual meeting where she listened to my BF problems and provided solutions. She was very patient, kind and supportive. She also visited us the next day because she felt we need more help. We are so thankful to her for all the care she provided. Highly recommend her
Ann was so helpful in identifying my daughters tongue tie and making a quick referral to a dentist so that we could get it further assessed. She made sure to follow up and offer any other assistance we needed. She was also great about listening to my concerns and coming up with a plan that worked for my family.
Meet with Ann via 1 hour virtual meeting, Ann check my breastfeeding problem and answer my questions. She is very responsible and patient. Her recommendations and take-care-tips are very helpful and I did not have any brestfeeding problem till now. Thanks her!
If you want to interact with someone who loves what she does and will go above and beyond customer service then this is your person. I had a difficult experience with shipping for a certain item and reached out to Ann who was very quick to respond. Without asking, she even sent a replacement of the same item in the mail on her own in order for it to get here quicker. Would highly recommend.
