This is the worst property management I have ever received service from, and I have had some really poor past service. Triangle Investment Realty takes literally months to respond to service requests and lets maintenance issues linger until they become bigger underlying issues. They are almost completely unresponsive and inconsistent in their information. Homeowners considering using them - Just don't they will let your property fall into disrepair, ignore fire codes, and allow easy fixes to become major costly repairs. ... read more
