This is the worst property management I have ever received service from, and I have had some really poor past service. Triangle Investment Realty takes literally months to respond to service requests and lets maintenance issues linger until they become bigger underlying issues. They are almost completely unresponsive and inconsistent in their information. Went through 5 days of torture waiting to know if our app had been accepted or not by the homeowner. Kept calling and calling and calling. Only once did they answer the phone. All the other times it went straight to vm. Then after leaving a message as to where I should make my move, I finally got a phone call back saying the homeowner was iffy as to income. The rental home we lived in was fine and was kept in good shape throughout the term of our lease. In addition, repairs were made in a generally timely manner. Our issue came when we moved out. We cleaned the rental top to bottom, including shampooing carpets and were still charged over $200 in cleaning fees, which we found totally unacceptable!

Horrible company! My home had mold everywhere, they were aware of the fact, and never did anything about it. Plenty of excuses with this company. BEWARE!

icare4honestpeople DID NOT Make sense – On a review by icare4honestpeople The person stated that: "but the house itself was sort of a dump. EVERYTHING in the house needs to be replaced, " Why he/she was so eager to rent the house. The person had credit problems and tried to push to rent to them. BEWARE!! VERRRRRY DISHONEST & GREEDY!!! – What a lazy, dishonest, pos! I would rather live under a freeway overpass than do business with someone like this! What a joke! We found a house posted for rent and called. "Debra" met us there in an hour. Great...except for the fact that she already had someone to rent this property which she was moving forward with.
