Lived here 2 years. Owners are slum lords -- they will greet you with care and compassion until they no longer have your money. The whole building is falling apart with minimal maintenance, they nickel and dime on security deposits, and sends blanket threatening emails to all tenants. As with all living in central Pittsburgh the building is very old, however, unlike other owners the building feels heavily neglected and in need of severe restoration.
