I had an excellent experience. The entire staff is AWESOME! Dr. P is a really cool guy who knows his stuff. He also put up with my little selfie shenanigans LOL. Laura was fantastic and very patient with my indecisiveness about what frames I wanted. Will definitely recommend to everyone I know. Thanks for all of your help. You Rock!
Went for my first visit after my Eye doctor group kept telling me they do not have a doctor available on Friday (and I called 3 locations) and this was not the first time this as happened.. Not only were they able to schedule an appointment I was treated on time, fast and courteous.
Dr. Prajapati's wisdom led to a chain of events that helped us realize what was going on with our child. I only wish I switched over to him a few years earlier. Very nice doctor.
Customer service is an art, and Triangle Family Eye Care is an artist of customer service. I appreciate how thorough the services are.
