I lived in these apartments for some time and was forced to leave due to the terrible management. The common areas were dirty, and what’s more, all the shared spaces available to residents, like the pool, gym, and lounge area, were in a state of disrepair—so much so that it was dangerous to even be in them. Great Amenities, Unpleasant Staff The building boasts great amenities, but the showing experience was marred by the unpleasant demeanor of the staff. Scheduling an appointment was needlessly complicated, and the lack of friendliness from the employee has made me reconsider living there. A friendly staff can greatly enhance the overall appeal of a residence.
Just stay away people. Trust all the negative reviews. Don’t get fooled. Read the reviews and look elsewhere. You are better off renting a mediocre apartment in Canoga Park and not have to deal with the absolute absurdness here at Triana. Just read all the negative reviews on Google and Yelp and believe them. If you decide to ignore the negative reviews, rest assured, you will 100% regret it. Looks like my review was taken down I’ll keep it factual and let you decide. I’ve been a Tenant for 2 years. I didn’t start tracking false fire alarms until 2023, we had roughly 45. These are bellowing fire alarms that will cause ruptures to your ear drums and cause tinnitus. It’s June 11th 2024 and we’ve had 3 alarms in 11 days. My car was broken into twice and Triana would not look into footage to help me with case as I believe it to have been a tenant. Excellent food , my tri tip was so tender & juicy 😋 the Mac & lobster 🦞 was absolutely amazing the sour cream mash was scrumptious. Staff very friendly & attentive .
