First off, we pay our rent on time every month. Pur hot water stopped working. We called the landlord and was told that we are responsible to fix the hot water system. We had to argue with these ppl to get them to come out here. The heater needed to be replaced and after they replaced it they wanted to raise our rent. THE WORST COMPANY EVER BEEN TRYING TO GET MY SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR OVER A YEAR AND THEY ARE NOW TELLING ME THEY DONT MANAGE THE PROPERTY MAJOR SCAM IVE BEEN CALLING THEM BACK TO BACK AND NOBODY WANTS TO ANSWER NOW
Please don’t rent from this group. They own multiple homes all over Philly (I’m talking a stack of papers with lists of homes and properties). None of which they take care of even the slightest. Covered in mold, unresolved plumbing issues, security issues. They are quick to take your money and leave you unanswered about your concerns. They expect you to pay for issues that go wrong on the property. They don’t keep your personal information safe. The list goes on.
