Our walk in condenser froze over at the beginning of a very busy Saturday night service causing us to make a very panicked call to Triad/Elemental. Within 30 minutes Zander was on site, diagnosed the problem, made a temporary fix and then returned 2 days later and fixed the root cause. He was very friendly informative and worked very well around the team in a busy kitchen. This was our first experience with Triad/Elemental and they have earned our business. Very helpful and very friendly!
Came out same day and fixed the problem quickly! Travis was very knowledgeable of the furnace system.
Be sure and get all the details prior to engaging in any work with Triad. The timeline that they initially gave was no where close to the actual timeline available. They send a tech out and charge $115 and hour for 5 minutes worth of "measuring" on a unit that they have worked on prior to this. I understand that time is money but this was a bit ridiculous.
