My wife and I feel the service we received was excellent from beginning to completion and it's still hard to believe these men got it completed in one extremely HOT day.
We were seeking a second opinion on an AC issue that a competitor diagnosed, so we had Triad come out. Dustin and his colleague were courteous and they got the issue resolved quickly for a much more reasonable price. We may have paid thousands of dollars to repair something that does not necessarily need to be repaired yet, so we really appreciate Triad for coming in and taking care of the simple fix and not jumping to very dramatic conclusions for an AC unit that’s only six years old.
John McGee from Triad Service Co was outstanding. He was efficient, knowledgeable, professional, friendly and resolved our specific complications. We’ve received an excellent- high standard of care and customer service. Highly recommended, especially if all their technicians are like John! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
