We've been renting from MPD Management for almost a year now and the lack of contact and repairs is abysmal. The most egregious of which has been a lack of sufficient locks on the outside doors. They have been contacted by multiple residents, apparently dating back about two years with barely any contact let alone repair. This is not unusual behavior for them. Renters beware.
We rent from MPD and the service has been terrible. We've been waiting on them to replace our dishwasher since we moved in last year, but it's still just sitting water and mold. We also let them know of some ceiling leaks last year, but no maintenance has been done and now the ceiling is totally damaged from the water. They keep dodging all of our maintenance requests.
I recently moved into my apartment and I absolutely love it! When I met Mitch and Amy I told them I couldn’t believe this was real. Have had a great experience with them, responded very quickly to issues, and have been easy to communicate with. Would recommend, especially if it's your first time renting.
MPD has been super helpful and accommodating with our recent move into South Philly! Their application process was transparent and straightforward. They supported us with tours and have answered any concerns as we get acclimated to our new place. Would recommend gladly to any one searching for a place in Philadelphia
