If I could give a zero I would. Terrible communication skills, with a lack of invoicing in a timely manner. Very bad professionalism with terribly contracted companies which cause more issues. Overall not a great experience when finding a new property/ investment.
Property management companies are always tough and they're no acception but Tina is awesome. She has a job to do but she's definitely super sweet.
Rodessa is a dynamic entrepreneur and real estate broker. She has been working in the industry for over 20 years, and is very knowledgeable, resourceful and responds promptly. I highly recommend working with her.
