We purchased top soil earlier this week we paid for one yard and have the receipt. We pulled around to get loaded and told the operator to distribute the weight evenly if he has to between our trailer and truck bed. He loaded us gave a thumbs up and we left. Well a day later that loader came to our home and demanded we pay for 3 scoops of dirt. Every facility loads differently with different size machines that’s not our job to know what the bucket holds. We went to Triad Mulch to look for river rock for a dry creek bed. we met with Christy upon arrival and she worked with us to determine the right kind of rock for our job, the right amount we needed, and the most cost effective way to purchase it. Christy herself delivered the stone and placed it exactly where we needed it to be for the shortest hauling distance. We highly recommend triad mulch and we will use them again when the need arises.

Triad Mulch Supply is very customer centric and exemplifies great customer service. We stopped by this past Saturday to examine the variety of river rock they offered. We knew we only needed a pallet as this project is to control erosion in our ditch.
