Attorney Dunmore handled my DV cas and was absolutely outstanding with her professionalism and the outcome was exactly what we wanted and she also got my charge expunged from my records the same day. I recommend her to anyone that wants a fighter as your lawyer.
Very poor experience. I retained Attorney Brosky and paid for legal representation. My case was repeatedly postponed, no filings were made, and no substantive legal work was performed. I was assured that filings would be made at a later date, which indicated that representation was ongoing. I was never informed that my funds had been exhausted or that representation had ended. 10/10 DO NOT RECCOMEND. Daniel Karlsson made this experience worse than it should have been. I did not receive the proper council I paid for. He also was unresponsive to emails and calls nor did he seem interested in my case and favored the side of defendant even with proper evidence. I would have been better represented else where.
Court records from dec 14, 2024 will prove the following re. Ireland vs Malinova 20-cvd-3771: My son took a weapon to elementary school. A subpoena to a school official to testify was made and said official was in attendance in court. Lawyers are required to send the subpoena to the opposing lawyer (my lawyer's pal). Kelly Brosky failed to send it so school official could not testify. This is called gross negligence and treason.
