The staff was gracious and knowledgeable. The physicians were very patient and explained every procedure. If you have to have eye procedures this is the place to go.
I have been a patient at Triad since 1988. I had mutilple procedures- RK, LASIK and cataract surgery . I broke my glasses last night so I called to get an appt. I was told I could not be seen until Sept. Really? No glasses and a 28 year loyalty to this clinic and I could not be seen for over 2mos. No recommendations on where or who to go see. I asked if I could come get my records today due to my emergency and I was told she (Candace) had 30 Days to get me my records. Needless to say my family and I will no longer be patient... read more

I think triad eye care sucks. If you walked in to your appointment an hour late what would they do. Let them make you wait an hour and still waiting that's ok with them. I believe that if they make a person wait that long and longer we should be able to deduct from our bill. Just saying.
