The staff and surgeons at Tria shakopee are excellent in all the ways
Horrible. Went to Tria Shakopee for back pain. The MD saw me for 5 minutes and charged $668.00. No x-rays or tests performed. I was advised to go there because it is an urgent care and I didn’t feel the emergency room was proper for use of their time for this injury. I received a bill after insurance for $500 because apparently it is an out of network provider even though it is considered urgent care. This IS NOT an urgent care. Dr. Amanda Schroeder has been AMAZING to work with. She’s been clear and made sure I understood all of my options, then came up with a plan A and plan B in case my healing doesn’t go as we hope. Seeing a woman in orthopedics is the best and I’ll gladly drive from Minnetonka to Shakopee to see her!
I’ve had great experiences there with all their doctors except Dr. Morrison. Doesn’t listen to his patients and greatly seems to distrust someone who is clearly suffering and in pain. Tria has a great staff typically though I would strongly recommend you ask for a doctor besides Dr. Morrison.
Went to Tria Urgent Care by St Francis Med Ctr. Dr Morrison said he would put in order for trigger point injection at their Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation in Burnsville. Some aide came in and gave me after visit summary and he was in a rush and said to read it and call to make my appointment.
