Great quality work! – Triwave Carpet came to my home at our specified time. They did a fabulous job on my kitchen vinyl floor. They cleaned my kitchen floor before leaving. They were very professional, reasonable and I will have back again.

Poor Vinyl Installation Work – The installers were nice but the quality of their work was poor. When they were finished, the floor was dirty and had some scuff marks. The walls were marked up from removing the old vinyl - they weren't careful removing it. They didn't have a nail gun with them to put back the trim molding so they just used a hammer and nails resulting in a need for a lot of repainting. They also did a poor job caulking the trim. Thanks for the Good Work! – I would like to commend on the good work that Tri-Wave did. They helped me select the best carpet for my house, gave me a very competitive price and started the job right on schedule and finished a day earlier that they had anticipated. Very Good Service – I purchased a municipal grey carpet for two offices. The first day I walked in, I was greeted by Tim who was very friendly. One other lady took us to the back and went through all the available carpets and even helped us to match our sample. She was very polite and very patient. We were really not sure as to how we could find a match since our sample was pretty old, but she went out of her way to help. The final order was done by Ted who was also very professional. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! – Tim came today most likely as a result of heraing from the Better business Bureau. The positive part of the experience is that he did arrive on time. Unfortunately, his behavior was predictably belligerant and unbelievabley rude. He screamed and yelled and actually accused us of knifing around the edges of the tile so it would come up. Avoid this company – Tri-Wave installed carpet for my entire house. I thought it went great, but afterwards discovered my jewelry had been stolen. I contacted the police and the installer (employee of Tri-Wave) confessed and was arrested. Only some of the property was returned, but installer disappeared before the trial. Tri-Wave would not take any responsibility and refused to talk to me about it. The owner actually yelled at me over the phone saying this was not her responsibility.

Bad experience – Do not use this merchant. I had them install carpet and vinyl, both went poorly. Vinyl crackles when you walk across it and carpet seams are noticeable, and some padding is missing. They have very little customer service mentality, bascially they told me it was my problem. I would never use them again.
