Straight Forward – While it was being cleaned and repaired the guys would phone me to let me know the progress and assure me that all was going to be okay. He was very thorough, very professional, very straight forward.

I'm very amazed at how clean they got my floors! I use to think it was ridiculous to pay someone to do something you could do yourself but I'm the first to admit; I'm not a professional. I will definitely use them regularly.

Perfect job! – Tri-wave installed carpet in the bedrooms in my house and did a wonderfully perfect job. It was very affordable and I definitely recommend them for any flooring job.

Very Pleased – We are very pleased after just receiving our oriental rug back from cleaning and fringe repair. Tri-Wave Carpet & Vinyl Inc did an excellent job and we will use them again in the future. The carpet looks amazing its like we got a new rug back from them, but it's still our family hand me down. Now I understand why my neighbors recommended Tri-Wave Carpet & Vinyl Inc service.

Very Impressed – Very impressed with their service. These guys were professional and didn't even need me to tell them trouble areas; they knew right away where to focus I asked them to clean an area rug in addition to the carpets and they did a very good job. I will definitely use these guys from here on out for carpet cleaning.

Nice Job – Tri-Wave Carpet & Vinyl did such a nice job, I gave the first carpet to my son & his wife when they married and bought a house. It's the centerpiece of their living room. My parent's carpet was so clean and repaired, my mother actually thought we bought her a new carpet! Surprise Mom!... see, it's your old/new carpet... recognize the iron impression??
