I love the customer service. They made my carpet look like it's brand new and it smells great. I thought it was impossible to get the smell out of the carpet. But they did the most wonderful job of wonders to get it out. Thanks for this.

Love the work! – Your company installed ceramic over a very ugly brick fire place the was installed in 1973, it made my den look like a home that was just built today. Employees arrives on time, did all the work within 6 hours. Cleaned up every dust particle and walk out with the job that was well done any other in my home will be done by your employees.

Job well done! – Tri-Wave Carpet came to my house and put down ceramic tile in our kitchen. We were very pleased with their performance, attitude, and work ethic. The floor is beautiful and I will call them again soon for new carpet.

I was very pleased! – I was extremely pleased with the customer service at the store as well as during installation of my bathroom vinyl floors. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable of their products and installation procedures. The installers also disposed of all scraps/trash and cleaned up before they left.
