This post is for the Temecula Office: To potential patients, be aware of the clinic's limitations. To the clinic, I offer this feedback in the hopes that it will prompt positive change. Excellent customer service starts with ownership and management; I hope you'll take my concerns seriously, to that end it is very specific outlining a systemic problem. I'm so glad my doctor referred me to TVU for their added expertise in urinary tract issues. I feel so much more confident in my overall health since meeting Dr. Crisell and her staff. My new medications are working splendidly and the complications of an aging body have been postponed for several years down the line.
