The office is supposed to open at 8am, but no one gets there till about 8:30. By the time the door is open, there's a long line of patients waiting to get in. Doctor is supposed to start seeing patients at 9am, but usually doesn't get there till at least 9:30, usually closer to 10. Very unprofessional. They do not answer their phone. I've been waiting about 2 months for a prior authorization for film (the tablets give me horrible nausea), but nobody can seem to send the proper information back to my insurance company.
