I have Multiple Sclerosis and have been to quite a few Neurologist, Dr. Whaley is by far the very best one I have seen! So smart, through and very kind. He knew his job well and acted accordingly. I will recommend him to anyone!
Unreal. Dr. Whaley and his nurse, Britney are the ONLY ones in this office with any “decency, dignity, or respect for a patient.” The woman up front is horrible to deal with. Since she was hired everyone has had this issue. She treats people who are sick like trash. Someone inside the lobby told me her name is Christy. Had two there tell me they also have had trouble with her attitude. I found 37 ! Bad reviews on google with her name in many!! Something needs to be done sick people who are stressed do NOT need this treatment... read more
Awesome doctor!
The absolute most incompetent staff and this includes the office manager who defends them intead of trying to solve the problem or even get to the bottom of it. At a Neurologist of all places where people may not be in the best place or have a clear mind. Dr. Whaley seemed very competent, unfortunately his staff is not. They will lie to you to hide their imcompetence, blaming everything on the "insurance". I was even told my insurance didn't cover them when I was referred. Dr Whaley is the most condescending Dr I have ever met. He has the worst bed side manner & he didn’t even help us. Had to call the mgr just to get a call back & he never called me back either STAY AWAY FROM HERE
