I have always received great service in a timely manner. The last time I had my truck in their shop it was for a dash that would stop working at times. I have had 5 other shops look at this and not be able to fix it, but Tri-State found and fixed the problem. The other shops did not want to take the time to really find the problem. Tri-State took the time to listen to my problems and then even more importantly they fixed my problems. DO NOT recommend Tri-State Intl of Murray's service department to anyone. I took my 2007 International to them to have an injector replaced as well as the backup switch on the transmission replaced/repaired. During installation of the new injector their mechanic damaged the electrodes in the top of the new injector harness as well as not only did they not fix the backup switch, whatever they did caused the backup light to fail. Their failed service cost me a breakdown, new repair bills at a different shop to redo/repair what... read more
