I called Tri-State because I was having a problem with my heater. Joe the owner, responded quickly to my call and came over immediately to diagnose the problem. My heater was very old so I just decided to replace it which was more cost effective for me. Joe gave me a great price, he ordered the heater immediately, and replaced it within a week’s time. His workers were very nice and left my basement neat and clean. I highly recommend Tri-State and would not hesitate to call them again. Thank you Joe and Staff!!
