We had a great experience with TriState Heating & AC. Joe was outstanding from start to finish. He got back to us immediately, ordered the needed part right away, and was at our home first thing the next morning to make the repair. He was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. The repair was completed quickly, and everything is working perfectly. We really appreciate the excellent service and highly recommend!

Called Tri state last summer because our old AC was putting out lukewarm air. Joe was very responsive and professional and gave us a few options for repair vs replacement to consider.
