I took my Tucson to do an oil consumption test around Dec 2023. It fail! No surprise there! So they tell me that I need to show that I change my oil and until then. They will not do anything. They stamp my paperwork On Hold. In order to get my care fix, it falls on me but this is not about it burning oil. The service department at tri state ford in amarillo tx is unreliable, unprofessional and not trustworthy. Left my vehicle with them only because the warranty company said I had to. Day two problem diagnosed will order parts and fix it. On day 4 said parts were in they working on it. Day 7 was told they're waiting on parts. This place is an absolute joke! They'll dress up the deal to make it sound good, then screw you over afterwards. Oh! And let's not forget they lie about the conditions of their cars. I wen to finance a vehicle in Feb 2023, and since then my car has spent more time in the shop than what I have actually been able to drive it and each time the car is left in the shop untouched for 2-3 weeks at a time even though the jobs that have been done on it so far have not needed to even exceed 2-3 hours. James D*** is a liar and a scammer. He kept my grandmother's money with 0 intention to refund it after the car he promised her and made her place a deposit on, was SOLD! Tim T***** is just as bad as James D***. I would highly recommend NOT doing business with this company or any company owned by AutoInc, frankly. I've never experienced such AWFUL service.
