At first customer service was great, setting up ahead of time to reserve a space and getting discounts for being military. Once we arrived to see the unit we were unable to fit our truck and trailer through the space. We cancelled our reservation and were promised a full refund. This was in October and I have yet to see a refund. Manager said she would get back to me. Still waiting.
