Has no understanding of west la market. He was 35 to 40 percent off based on other appraisals and what we sold our home for.
AVOID!!!!!! – Joseph Kwon at Tri Star is unprofessional and negligent. His appraisal was completely inaccurate. He used comps that were different in style, size, functionality, and appeal to my house. After numerous attempt for him to fix his errors he refused and told me to call a lawyer. Its clear he is trying to squeeze in as many appraisals in one day as possible to make a quick buck with doing the minimum required. I will be filing a complaint with the OREA, Office of Real Estate and Appraisal, against Joseph.
