I was fortunate to have a couple great landlords in Madison, and Sue was one of them. (Another was Saf Mahamed at Crown of Gold.) She is very fair and accommodating from start to finish, and she really valued us as tenants (and as people). I would gladly rent from her again.
We rented from Sue for 3 years. We loved the apartment, and Sue was an excellent landlord.
Tried to rent a house through them. We submitted our applications and were told everything was good. They then changed their mind and said they had a concern and said they had to speak with the homeowners for a final decision, and that the agent would get back to me on Monday. Monday came and went with no email. I followed up on Tuesday, asking if the agent had a chance to talk with the homeowner. No response.
