I recently resided in one of their properties. My place was cleaned top to bottom and professionally carpet cleaned. The receipt for the carpet cleaning was received by the Property management. In the letter you will receive when you do decide to vacate the property will state that you have the opportunity to attend the walk-through, which will never be given. Giving 1 star since that is the lowest available. I have employed them to manage a rental in Mesquite (DFW). The rent checks that they were collecting from the tenant kept bouncing. This happened 3 times but they still accepted checks and did not direct the tenant to pay in certified funds. Overall I lost 4 months of rent because of their incompetency BEFORE the tenant vacated the property. Then the property sat on the market for another 4 months AFTER the tenant vacated. this is an extremely disorganized, poorly run company. They can not even get the name and phone numbers of their renters correct. The C-Owner Ronica, is a joke. She is unavaible and not interested in returning calls. they allow the properties to fall into a state of gross disrepair. Dreadful company to do business with.
RUN do not rent through this company. During move out they sent me a massive list of things to clean in excess of my lease agreement. Had to call them and get that revised. Then they said I could be there for the final walkthrough, which I communicated I wanted to be present for, then they did the final walkthrough without me. No explanation was given when I called.
