We had an amazing experience here. They have a vast selection and incredible prices. Can custom order and customize options for you with very reasonable labor prices. I will not be buying anywhere else, the quality is phenomenal and so is the service! 6/5 stars!
Worse place to do business. They are rude, talk down to you and don’t fix the defects in the rings that they sell. They chipped the diamond and then shaved part of it off, causing the diamond to lose value and not match the egl paperwork. The setting was cracked after they reset the diamond and they said “I’m human so I must’ve missed it”. I guess those details aren’t important when you’re only in it for the money. I recently lost the diamond out of my engagement ring and I was very disappointed. When we came in to Tri-Gem, Blake was so helpful. He listened to what I wanted to replace my stone and he helped me choose something I would love and that was within our budget. We came back many times and there was no pressure-just a desire from Blake to find what would make me happy.
