RecommendedI had a total Knee replacement and wasn't seeing much progress until I went to Lance at TRI-FIT Therapy. He is very knowledgeable and works one on one with you. I felt like he went above and beyond not just working with my knee, but also with balance, stamina, agility and all around health. I definitely would recommend Lance for all Physical Therapy needs.

Lance has help me through a replaced shoulder and a knee replacement. I am playing the piano again and have no problem with my knee. Besides, he is one neat guy, very understanding but firm and cute as hell. He is my choice for therapist of the year!!
