When we brought our dog in years ago to be put down, each person we came in contact with whether on the phone or in person was very kind and compassionate. They made the process of losing our pet of 15 years more bearable. Also, as our kids entered into 4H, they have answered questions, sent Vets out and have given us nothing but professional care!!!
Thank you Amazing People for all you have done for our animals especially through the loss of our cat Minnie!! You cared for her as if she was your own!! That means the world to us!!! We are forever grateful for all that you did to help her and us though this difficult time!! God bless you all!!

Taking advantage of grieving pet owners is about as low as you get.
charging extra to be with your pet while they are being euthanized? How is this costing you any money to simply let the family attend the death? Pure greed and not the welfare of the animal is what I see here. I would NEVER let you treat my pet.
You guys really need to work on your fees for people and their animals. Saying good bye to a pet is hard enough without you guys going out of your way to charge more if people want to say good bye to their pets.
I am having one of our cats put down today and your clinic wants an additional $30 to be in the room with him when it happens. Total of $74, called Dr Flinn's office and they will charge $55 and I can be in the room with him when he passes. I called this morning and cancelled my appointment with you. I will now go to Flinn when any of my pets need medical treatment. Sad, we have used your service for over 20+ years. Your office has lost empathy for dying animals and their owners, I guess money means more to you :-(
