Highly recommend! The doctor and team of assistants were extremely patient and understanding, which was perfect for my nervous puppies. Very transparent about everything, and vaccines went smoothly. You can tell it’s a team who cares about the health of the dogs and isn’t just doing it for money. Covid precautions were taken seriously but were handled in a way that didn’t hinder or slow down the appointment. Will be taking my dogs here from now on!

Thank you for the condolence card, Cindy and staff. You treated me so kindly when I was a mess. She wasn’t an easy cat to diagnose. I don’t think that she suffered, but she was tired. The schedule was booked, but it happens.
Business response:
Pat, again we are so sorry for your loss of Pip Squeak especially given the situation that day. We hope that the pain of losing her will soon subside. I will be sure to relay this message to Cindy and the rest of the team.

I felt they were very thorough with her examination. Then Dr. Mack called me to ensure all my concerns we... read more

So I'm pretty pissed please tell me why was I told a week and a half ago at tri-county vet office in Anna said my dogs lungs and heart sounded good and they was clear even though I told the vet she had a cough. Fast forward to last night. She collapsed when I took her out after work she was having trouble breathing we got her in the house where she collapsed again. So we was able to get her in the car at midnight drive to Lima to an animal hospital where they wrecked my world. Daisy's lungs was full of cancer and the cough w... read more
