I can’t say enough wonderful things about the manager and staff at this facility. We experienced a bit of an emergency while we were in town visiting our son. We reached out to this company and they went above and beyond to help us. They were sympathetic and caring. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of their services. I will never forget the way they helped us in our time of need. They are genuinely kind people who see you as more than just a customer.

I would not recommend Tri-County Medical & Ostomy Supplies to anyone. Steer clear, as in far, far away. They always have some excuse, no matter what the issue may be. They will always place the blame on the customer. You never receive your supplies, and when and if you ever do, they are always late. They constantly complain about shipping costs, always wanting the customer to come to the business in order to pick them up. Most of the employees working there have no clue, whatsoever.
