Dont bother calling or emailing. They said they are no longer accepting new clients at all. I called about 2 weeks ago to ask about having some paperwork filled out and the answer I got from the C.S.R./receptionist was "yeah.... so... we arent taking clients. Good luck tho". Might as well tossed a "jk lol" in the response too. I guess thats fair in general but then change your online status to temporarily suspended or temporarily closed.
