Horrible company. Never hear back from them. They just don't seem to care. Moved my policies to another agent.
After using Tri County insurance since 2018, our insurance tripled in price. We tried to take some of the coverage off our property, but Tri County would not let us. They said Irvin Green who holds the policy wouldn’t let us. Tri County also took over 300.00 of our money and would not give us a refund. We started talking with them on March 25 and a woman named Ana said she was calling Irvin Green for the entire month of April, but said she couldn’t get ahold of them half the time and never called us back..ever!!!
