This place is a joke. They put my daughter out on the streets within 2 hours of her arrival. They turned away someone with mental and substance abuse issues out on the streets because she didint meet their criteria. I spoke to the nurses. Kathy and Deborah. They where very rude, extremely disrespectful and completely unconcerned with doing their job. They even refused to let me speak to a supervisor. This is a bottom rate detox. The beds rival a prison as does the food. Some of the staff are amazing people but it’s a mixed bag. They had a Covid outbreak and didn’t tell us for days. I left with Covid.
At first I have to say, I would not have given them any stars BUT I went in high and by day 2 felt pretty bad already. I walked in on my own accord and on day 3 almost walked out. Thanks to a few of the employees there I did not. They talked me through the worst of the times I had in there and that alone is why I am sitting here typing this review. This is place is AMAZING! I came in last week and this place SAVED MY LIFE! Staff & Nurses do EXCELLENT work and care for EVERY client!
Two great things about this place: it's free and they really try hard to get you in the program afterwards. Great people too!
