I am from Jackson and going to college in Clarksville in August. I went to Tri-county in Jackson for my college physical and vaccines. Not only did they get me in and out faster than any other dr office I had been to, they were very thorough. They knew exactly what vaccines I would need and told me I could go to their Dover clinic to get my next series of vaccines while I'm away at college. This place is so convenient and they have the friendliest staff. I recommend tri-county to all my friends!!!

Wow!!!! My daughter was really sick and vomiting so I had heard about the Tri county clinic in Jackson. I didn't want to take her to the ER because the wait is always way too long so I listened to a friend and checked in to the clinic. By the time I had finished my paper work I was called back and eager nurses entertained my child and got her vitals. great service child had allergies for multiple years went there and in one visit had allergy testing done and got medications ordered, the providers were great and very informative, will definitely go back!!!!!

I went to Tri County Family Medicine because the wait was too long at my other physicians office. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was amazing and I was treated like I was a person, not just a chart number. The nurses were amazing but the female Physican's Assistant and the Male Nurse Practitioner were the best I have ever experienced. They were very knowledgeable and friendly and made my visit very comforting. I would HIGHLY recommend this facility.

We arrived at my son's appointed time, we were there for 2 1/2 hours later we were still there!! After stopping a nurse, she said she didn't know why we were still there and after asking about my son's RX, it had been scanned over and I could leave.... Dr. Williams' corny behind never came to follow up with us!! Poor service!! The nurses apologized but he never did, all he kept saying was he promised my son a toy and a sucker, forreal!!

I have been a patient of Tri county Family Medicine for a number of years now. I have recently started going to their new clinic here in Jackson. I have always been very satisfied with their care. Recently I was in an accident at home, I had fallen and hurt my back. I would like to thank Ms Holly Marlar for the excellent care she gave me. I had been sick for 3 weeks with sinus problems and they gave me a sinus cocktail shot in the office that made me start to feeling better that night, they even cleaned out my ears while I was there, and gave me a vaccine that I needed all in one visit. I will definitely be back.

Friendly staff, nice facility, kid friendly, walked in and asked for a sports physical and they did it that day, no appointment.
