I saw the nurse practitioner there named Suzie with my child. She made us feel very welcomed even though we were a walk in visit close to closing. She needed to give my child an antibiotic shot and they never complained about staying late to see us. The clinic is clean and the staff very professional. A++++

This is a wonderful urgent care. It is always very busy, but the doctors there always work me in. The wait time is much less than the ER at Jackson General. The building is in a great location and the nurses and front office are always friendly.

Waited for 3 hours to see a doctor even though I had an appointment. Watched a bunch of dirty looking kids with snotty noses running around touching and putting everything in their months. I even watched two little black girls licking the glass on the front door.

This clinic is a bunch of bull..... I mean yea you get in and out but what is the point if u or your child cant get meds because they forgot to call them in??? It last ridiculous n has happened too many times to too many people. ..its time some one does something about it!!!!!

WOW!! WHAT AMAZING PROVIDER'S THAT TRI-COUNTY FAMILY MEDICINE HAS!!! I'M VERY IMPRESSED WITH ALL THE CLINIC'S ESPCIALLY THE JACKSON CLINIC. HOLLY, JAPETH AND RAY WERE AWESOME!!! NOT TO MENTION DR. BLANKENSHIP! IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE FAMILY, GIVE THEM A TRY! VERY IMPRESSED!!!!

I went here after developing terrible headaches. I saw Holly Marlar, and she was very concerned about the possibility of a neurological cause. She told my wife and I that if she could have gotten us in for a CT scan that night she would have, but she would have her staff schedule it the next day and call me and let me know when I had an appointment for a scan. This is THE place to go for a sports physical. I walked in with my kid without an appointment and got his sport physical, seventh grade shots, and they treated his acne while we were there. I mentioned to the nurse practitioner that I was having allergy problems, and he saw me too and allergy tested me. The staff was very friendly, and we will definitely be back!
