this place is way too slow..
Slow. How do they even consider this a medical clinic. Trash
Last month I sat in the waiting room for almost 5 hrs and when I did get called back I didn't get to see the Dr they just hand me my refill it took only 10 mins in the room and then I'm back this morning and I've been waiting for 4 hrs so far and when I ask they tell me I'm next Don't get me wrong I love My Dr miss Cindy and Dr Hampton I've been with them for many years and drive to witch ever office those two are at only because I trust them with my life they know me and what's wrong with me but Damn enough is enough I migh... read more
You better have your whole day cleared if you want to be seen here!! Slowest Drs. office I have ever been to!
Last time I was there I was in there for 4-5 hours. When I complained I was told that they only had one nurse there. Everyone else had been fired or quit. They should tell ppl thier wait time. McKenzie walkin clinic will have you in and out w/in an 1-2 on a slow day!
You people think you can sit back and laugh at people coming in? You can hire just anyone and call that a Nurse? They have no right giving shots or taking blood without training. You will be reported!!!!! Very unporfesional!!! You treat people wrong and tell your staff to stay off the phones. I went to you guys 1 time believe me that was the last. My blood pressure was so high. You did nothing!!!! I have family that see you people and you don't treat anything., So glad when that place gets shut down!!!!�
So tell me why a doctor's office this size makes you wait out front an hour sometimes longer before they call You back. Then when you do get called back they leave you in a room for 30 mins or longer.... this is so ridiculous especially when you have a doctor appt with them! We will be finding a new doctor! There is no reason to have patients in a room for 30 mins to an hour and when you say something to them they just look at you funny! y'all take three hours to see someone when they have a appointment and no one in the waiting room they need to pass the law here like they did in n.c to where the patient charges the doctor for time wasted y'all suck and I will make sure everyone knows y'all are worse then the ER in Paris ... y'all lazy asf all the time eating behind the glass and get rude with patience
