Had an over tightened lug that two people, including a state trooper, couldn’t get off. Called these people. They got out here in less than 30 min and took the lug off immediately. They also described the problem intuitively; “An over inflated tire will balloon up and only the middle tread will be used, which leads to a blowout later on.” Not stated in my comment is how they came here in a personal car just to respond to us. 8 other services had disagreements either my insurance and I was almost s.o.l. Highly recommend
