RecommendedWe have camped for years and have had different kinds of equipment we have purchased. We bought a pull behind trailer a little over a year ago from Tri City RV, Inc. It was a wonderful experience from the beginning to the end, the sales staff, the owners, service and finance were all great to work with. Hands down we will be back again!

I purchased a connect trailer from bob and he has been nothing short of amazing when it comes to customer service. Always available for any questions I have no matter when it is. He helped us to make the right decision on what camper to get, not the most expensve one. Highly recommend them for your camper purchase. Big thanks to Sarah in the service department. Our forest river Cherokee travel trailer developed an external cosmetic issue. She dug right into it, contacted the factory & was able to get the repair covered under warranty. We finished our seasonal camping, dropped of the trailer & had it back in 4weeks. Her communication was awesome. Sarah is the best. We highly recommend TriCityRV for sales & service.

Due to past experiences from friends, I cannot in good faith recommend this company. I am more than happy to adjust reviews accordingly. But in fairness to the community, knowledge should be shared regarding the good, bad, and the ugly. I will not apply a numerical rating, because I believe that is going beyond the spectrum of my knowledge. But recommendations or lack thereof, are a portion that I feel is fair.
They are crooks, they will damage your camper and vehicle and say Oops its your problem now. Classless people that have no respect. Do not shop here or even get stuff fixed or maintained
We bought our first 5th wheel 2 years ago from Tri City RV...Durango Gold..a very smooth and painless transaction.....from our salesman Bob to all of the support staff...John, Jessica, Sarah and all of the crew who worked to make our dream come true!! Would highly recommend this family oriented group of people to anyone looking to purchase an RV...they truly provide service after the sale!!!
