I purchased my first ever camper last week from Tri city and the staff was so helpful and made sure I knew what I was doing before I left. They scheduled me an appointment for the shop tech to run through setting it up and taking it down as well as working all of the options. They even washed my truck while I was getting the run down! All in all they are honest, down to earth, and absolutely helpful people. They have a customer for life now.
I just bought a 2019 wolf pup and this was the best experience ever! These people truly care that you're buying something that you are going to enjoy, and that you can pull with your vehicle. They take the time to drive with it and make sure it handles good, and for someone who wasn't real experience with pulling campers that was awesome. Great people,and wonderful experience. I love this place!
Love Tri City everyone was beyond helpful from selection, buying then services and repairs my wife and I are ready for an upgrade to a fifth wheel we will definitely be in to see Jeff, And the rest of the Tri City team!
We havea 2008 Spree 5th wheel we bought used from another dealer and service there was marginal at best. We have since trusted Tri- City and their service has been exceptional. On time call if they find more than originally requested and price lower than quoted. Kudos to Sarah and the service department. Great job.
