Family drove over 100 miles to have a part fixed that was broken by either the dealership or manufacturer and had the audacity to charge for the part! Absolutely awful! Never purchasing from here again! If they had broken it they would have had it fixed much closer to their home.
Everything about them is outstanding, sales, customer service, always go above and Beyond to answer questions , would HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRICITY RV. They treat you like Family!
We are first time RV buyer's. All of the team was extremely knowledgeable in their jobs. They went though everything about our camper making sure we knew how to operate everything. The team here are polite. While waiting the staff even came up to me just to talk to me which made me feel welcome. We will recommend RV buyers to come here to Tri City RV for there RV needs. We purchased our first camper at Tri City RV the staff was wonderful! Amanda was our sales person she helped us choose the right camper for our family of 5. Our 3 boys didnt even know we bought a new camper we suprised them once it was all set up at the camp ground the looks on their faces was priceless. We are very happy to be apart of the Tri City RV family.
Their customer service is AWESOME! From the sales department, service, to closing the deal and everyone in between, they have all been great to work with.
