The entire staff at Tri City RV was welcoming. They were gracious enough to fit us in at the last minute. Our experience with the repair service men was exceptional. They came out to our trailer and explained what repairs needed to be done to put our trailer back in working order. They also explained things about our water heater that we did not know previously. When needed they will see us as repeat customers. Thank you for getting us back in working order.

Tri City has been excellent to work with on the purchase and few warranty issues i have had. Look forward to working with them more in the future
Family drove over 100 miles to have a part fixed that was broken by either the dealership or manufacturer and had the audacity to charge for the part! Absolutely awful! Never purchasing from here again! If they had broken it they would have had it fixed much closer to their home.
