We purchased a new KZ Durango 5th wheel and couldn't be happier. From the first time we stepped foot on the lot to the day we picked it up everyone was very helpful. I would recommend Tri City RV to anyone and ask for Bob.
Our second purchase from Tri-City RV. Ordered a unit and the time frame ended up being longer than expected. Jeff contacted the manufacturer and got us one that had an upgrade we did not originally order and got it to us in the original time frame. Amanda was awesome to work with throughout the process. So happy we found these guys at the Port Huron RV Show! Everything about our experience with them was positive, and they made the entire process so easy! It's our first trailer, but the lesson they provided was very thorough and easy to understand. They took us for a test drive, helped us pick out the first accessories we should get to keep our trailer protected while in storage, and overall were just super friendly, helpful people... every single person! Couldn't have asked for a better first trailer-buying experience!
