Awesome!!! This was the first time we have purchased a new camper. So glad we went with Tri City Rv. The fact that this business is family owned and operated, was very important to us. We were very pleased with the process. We even got a orientation on how to use our new camper! Very helpful, and was ready to answer all questions when asked. Service department was a great help in showing us how to hook up the camper to our truck. The customer service is amazing here, and they really have a passion for what they do.

We have had wonderful experiences with Tri City RV and their service department. For some crazy reason, this time we bought from another dealership and have regretted it ever since. If we could do it over again, we would go right back to Tei City RV. Highly recommend!

Had an absolutely great experience with our purchase from Tri-City RV. It started with Amanda, who is a very helpful and experienced sales person. She didn't try to sell us something we didn't want and answered all my 1000 questions! Brandon and the parts department were just as amazing, as was Sara and the service department who added all are last minute buys to our trailer.
