Great! Great! They arrived on time both days, explained the work, and cleaned up after they were done.
Great Warranty, Quality of Work – I was satisfied with Tri-City's quality of work and TCR's warranty. I selected TCR mainly because TCR did some quality roofing repair work for a friend in Fremont at a reasonable price and warranty.
Everything Was Well Done – The foreman on the job showed me the details of the roof and how they were going to do certain parts. He stayed until the inspection was done. They left 2 guys working there and I periodically went up to check on their progress and to make sure things were getting done. The guys were very professional and worked very hard to get the job done.The entire roof was done very well.

Leak-free and Sound My new roof is leak-free and is sound. Their office is great! I gave them an A on everything. they definitely show that they are all about quality and they know what they are doing.
Punctual and Professional The property I wanted them to work on is outside of the area that TCR normally operates. When I informed their office that I was referred to them by a previous TCR client, they were willing to bend their rule. Chris came on time to survey the project. Subsequent paperwork and scheduling were conducted efficiently and professionally. On the scheduled workday, both workers showed up on time.
