Communication with Tri-city has gotten worse and we are not kept properly informed of actions, and we need to continue to ask for updates on what the tenants are doing. Seems that the tenants come first over owners. I feel like I’m being brushed off with requests for updates or pictures during out-inspections, which I think are very reasonable. Recent tenants were also held over past lease date without informing us after we denied a short term lease renewal request. There is a lot of miscommunication.

Very honest and reliable company! We had the privilege of working with Ms. Ellie as tenants. We felt supported in every way and would use Tri City again in a heartbeat.

We used Tri-City to manage our property in Harker Heights. We were initially impressed with their presentation and helpfulness. Although we ultimately went with a property managed by a different group, Natalie went far beyond expectations to help my family find appropriate accommodations.

5 ++ I can't say nothing but great things about this rental property! Been renting from them since april 2015 and we have never had a better rental property. Anytime anything that has broke or needed to be fixed they have stayed on top of it! Thank you tri city for everything.

This is going to be a lengthy review, but my experience has been the complete opposite of the negative reviews here so I want to provide a balanced assessment for those considering renting a property managed by Tri-City. Natalie Austin is a very responsive and caring professional. We were looking for a rental property within a short time line when I came across a home listed through Tri-City. Natalie went to the property and took additional pictures for me and answered a number of questions because I was a bit apprehensive ... read more
