Be very careful with Tri medical center. I had a small emergency was suffering from little vertigo .I was there for 2 hours did some tests everything checked out ok . Week later we received our bill which was $21,000.00 for 2 hours . My medical aid paid the 18,000.00 and now they want me to pay $3,000.00 of the portion .If you dont pay they will sue you under california business bureau with a lawyer .
Although my wait is never pleasant in the ED, I get it and I sit patiently. I was admitted Tuesday and finally discharged Friday. My admitting Dr. Olanon was super nice and tried so hard to figure out what was going on. The nurse like Stacey, Desiree, Sergio, and letty were awesome!! The nurse assistants were doublely great. Whatever I needed they were there. I'm a total advocate for TCMC!!!!
If I could give you no stars, I would. WHO COPY AND PASTES THESE ROBOTIC REPLIES urging us to voice our complaints to a "patient specialist" who clearly doesn't read or rectify anything; evident in the repetitive complaints about your unprofessional and incapable staff, which have remained consistent over the last few years... What a great ER staff. The wife was brought in for a possible heart attack. She was seen and very quickly taken in the Cath Lab. A big thanks to all for your work.
Nurse Shirley is the worst. No bedside manner. Rude. Inconsiderate.
