Don't see how it takes 4 hours to "determine" whether my son gets 2 stitches on his lip. I'm reminded on why I stopped coming here years ago. Cleanliness has gone down drastically in the entire facility . I came here as a last resort , it still would have been better off waiting till tomorrow for a urgent care. Bunch of winners here update !! It has been 5.5 hours now. Come to find out nurse "forgot" about us and wasted a extra hour of our time. It was not that busy given it was 2 am. He but you did a great job on the sti... read more

I went to the ER last night with my blood pressure over 180. I was light headed and had a very bad headache and dilated pupils. Felt like I was going to pass out. They did EKG and bloodwork then I waited 8 hours to be seen only to be given a toradol shot and an ativan and sent home with my blood pressure still elevated. Guess who still has a sweet headache too? The blood on the wall in my room was a nice touch.

I presented with difficulty breathing, chest pain, and coughing. Xrays, EKG, bloodwork. Then nothing but sitting in a cold waiting room from 5 pm til 10:15 pm. Once in a room it was more than 2 hours before any sort of treatment. Thank goodness for Dr Dillman. She is the light at the end of a long dark tunnel.

I had excellent care while I was in the ER on 02 Nov 16. The Docs, my Nurse Joe, and everyone that I interfaced with from start to finish all provided Top Shelf care, concern, and professionalism while they took care of me. I would rate their performance as exemplary, however I am unable to ever rate having to go to the ER as a "5". Thank You Joe, for all that you do. V/r Art Reynolds
