I was waiting for my appointment a year, today some one called me ,was very rude because a I asked wy I wait so long time .? Never give my information about it.
Three years ago this Clinic was amazing! (see the review I wrote) I have to have a follow up Colonoscopy and now there terrible. Five weeks ago my Doctor sent in the requestion and I finally called them and they told me they would need another 2 weeks to have a Doctor evaluate the requisition. Then it could be up to 9 months to get in. This place could kill you. I got a referral form my American health clinic as I moved back to Canada just after my first colonoscopy. The referral was sent on to TCC from a walk in clinic as I did not have a family doctor yet. I heard nothing for weeks and then called. The thing is, the preface the calls saying they will just hang up on you if you’re rude, which is fair, but they use this to dismiss you and be incredibly rude back. I was told to wait 4-6 months. I recently visited Tricity Colonoscopy clinic and had an overall excellent experience! The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, setting a positive tone for my visit. The nurses, particularly Patricia and Becky, were outstanding - they were kind, caring, and explained everything in detail. Drs. Diab and Biswas the anesthesiologist were also great, taking the time to explain what they were doing and answering all my questions.
